What exactly am I buying?+
Custom-made orthopedic insoles, designed for your feet. The at-home assessment, 3D scan, fitting and follow-up adjustments are all included in the price. You pay for the insoles, not for a consultation.
Where do you visit?+
We do home visits across the UAE. Choose your appointment when you book and our expert comes to you.
Who performs the visit?+
Your assessment and fitting are performed by Dr. Mohammed Al Hamdani, our podiatry expert.
How long does it take to get my insoles?+
After your at-home scan, your insoles are made to measure in the lab and fitted at a follow-up visit. Timelines are confirmed at your appointment.
What if the fit is not right?+
Adjustments (heat moulding, trimming, padding) are included, and we keep your specification on file so any remake is quick.
Can I claim on insurance?+
You receive a detailed invoice you can submit to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your policy.
How do I pay?+
Securely online by card when you book. Payments are processed by Insolech Medical, so your card statement will show INSOLECH.
